Partnership or advertising forms: the data you provide, to handle your proposal. Messages are managed in Surper’s internal tools (own CRM hosted in the EU) and kept as long as needed to handle your request and at most 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
The server records standard technical data (date, page requested, browser type) for security purposes and to detect errors. We also track clicks on affiliate links in an aggregated and anonymous manner, to find out which content is useful. We do not create profiles or identify you individually.
When you click on a product link, you will be redirected from this site to Amazon.es. From that point onwards, Amazon’s privacy policy applies, and Amazon may set its own cookies. The images are hosted by third-party image providers, who receive your IP address as with any web request.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional, and your consent to non-essential cookies. Technical logs are retained for as long as is strictly necessary.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
